If you submit a contact, partner, or manager form, we may receive your name, email address, inquiry type, message, location details, and any information you choose to include.

Data submitted through forms may be used to respond to inquiries, review partner fit, and discuss manager opportunities.
Bookings and providers
Inquiries are not confirmed bookings. Final terms, availability, and service details are confirmed with the relevant provider or the LuxeRoutes team.

The website is designed to stay lightweight. If analytics or optional cookies are introduced later, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated.

Subscriptions, listings and direct inquiries
For provider accounts we process listing, contact, subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Stripe processes payment details; LuxeRoutes does not store card numbers. We process listing views and provider-website clicks as aggregate performance statistics.
When a visitor submits a place inquiry, their name, email, optional phone, message and consent record are stored in D1 and shared with that listing's provider. The form is for an inquiry, not a reservation. Property images are stored in Cloudflare R2.
